What You'll Do :
As a Character Concept Artist reporting to the Art Director, you'll focus on creatures and cute animals design that supports both narrative and gameplay. You'll BE part of a 4-person Character Concept team, where feedback, exploration, and creativity are key. Your responsibilities will include :
Designing original creatures and characters based on creative briefs and gameplay function
Exploring a wide variety of visual directions and iterations
Using AI tools as part of the ideation and production process (e.g. 2D-to-3D exploration, rapid iteration)
Collaborating closely with your fellow Character Concept Artists to share feedback and ideas
Delivering polished 2D assets for integration into the production pipeline

Please Note :
This is a character design role - not an illustration role. We're looking for someone who can solve visual problems, to serve the game needs.
Proficiency with AI-assisted workflows is a must. If your portfolio is selected, your hiring test will involve the use of AI tools.

We're based in Paris, France, and we don't accept full-remote candidates. We need to BE in the same room at least for a couple of days every other week.
