Description Overview

Join the Global Marketing Compeed team as a Global Brand Manager, where you'll play a key role in bringing the brand vision to life. Supporting the development and execution of brand strategy and innovation, you'll help to identify consumer needs and transform them into product opportunities. You'll collaborate on packaging, marketing & digital assets, and global toolkits to ensure impactful brand execution across markets - all whilst working closely with global and local teams.

Scope of the Role

You'll take on diverse responsibilities, gaining hands-on experience in brand development and execution while making a tangible impact in a dynamic, global environment.

Brand Development Support
Support the development and execution of the global brand and innovation strategy
Participate in identifying unmet consumer needs and translating them into product opportunities.
Collaborate on innovation pipeline planning, from concept to launch.

Asset & Artwork Management
Develop Packaging artworks and manage the approval process
Contribute to the creation of compelling global assets based on consumer insights & brand positioning
Support local markets in adapting global toolkits and creative assets.

Digital Content & Tools
Manage digital assets for web, social and eCommerce & social activation
Support local market roll-out of digital tools and campaigns.

Market & Consumer Monitoring
Help capture insights and market intelligence to help feed innovation pipeline
Assist in gathering competitor intelligence and consolidating market feedback

Cross-Team Coordination & Budget
Support collaboration with internal teams and agencies
Provide day-to-day support to the Compeed Global Marketing Team members
Support the global marketing team with the budget follow-up on finance A&P file

Experience Required
- At least 3 years in a similar position (experience from the FMCG or healthcare industry is a plus)
- Fluent in English, French language skills are a plus
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Interest or experience in digital marketing
- Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and digital tools
