Les missions du poste
Main missions :
As part of the ACC SE holding company's Finance team :
- Cost Controlling : Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and mid/long-term business plans.Analyze variances between actual and forecasted results and propose corrective actions.
- Produce and present regular financial reporting to senior management.
- Define and implement relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with operational teams to optimize costs and improve project profitability by implementing and following up action plans
- Provide business support to the operational team in all commercial topics
- Actively participate in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings and manage the preparation of accounting entries such as development cost capitalization
- Collaborate with the Accounting team and the external service provider concerning accounting matters related to the respective area of responsibility
- BE the contact for the external auditors in all department related audit topics related to year end close
- Enhance and automate reporting and financial analysis processes.
- Contribute to and potentially manage cross-functional projects (standard reporting, tool optimization, ERP upgrades, digitalization of finance processes, etc.).
- Support the department manager in managing ad hoc requests or through delegation of his tasks
- Potentially supervise a team of junior controllers / Apprentices

Missions principales :
Dans le cadre de l'équipe Finance de la holding ACC SE :
- Contrôle des coûts : Élaborer et suivre les budgets, prévisions et plans d'affaires à moyen/long terme. Analyser les écarts entre les résultats réels et prévus et proposer des actions correctives.
- Produire et présenter des reportings financiers réguliers à la direction générale.
- Définir et mettre en oeuvre des indicateurs de performance pertinents (KPIs).
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour optimiser les coûts et améliorer la rentabilité des projets via la mise en place et le suivi de plans d'action.
- Assurer un support business aux équipes opérationnelles sur l'ensemble des sujets commerciaux.
- Participer activement aux clôtures financières mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles et gérer la préparation des écritures comptables telles que la capitalisation des coûts de développement.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe comptable et le prestataire externe sur les questions comptables relatives à son domaine de responsabilité.
- Être l'interlocuteur des auditeurs externes pour les sujets d'audit liés à la clôture annuelle.
- Améliorer et automatiser les processus de reporting et d'analyse financière.
- Contribuer à, et potentiellement gérer, des projets transversaux (standardisation du reporting, optimisation des outils, mise à jour des ERP, digitalisation des processus financiers, etc.).
- Soutenir le responsable du département dans la gestion des demandes ponctuelles ou par délégation de certaines de ses tâches.
- Encadrer potentiellement une équipe de contrôleurs juniors / apprentis.

Skills requirement :
Knowledge / Know How :
- Controlling in R&D and SG&A
- Solid experience in using ERP (ideally QAD)/
- Excel / Power BI
Experience :
- Min 10 years of working experience in a similar role within an international environment.
- Solid experience in controlling in a manufacturing environment & R&D function
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Financial Control
- French and English fluent

- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en environnement international
- Expérience solide en contrôle de gestion dans un environnement industriel et en fonction R&D
Qualifications :
- Master en Finance, Comptabilité, Audit ou Contrôle financier
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
