Les missions du poste
As Regional Process Technology Specialist within the regional Operations team, you will coordinate and support naturals EAME Process Technology activities on several regional and local projects. You will ensure operation project success by providing coordination and technical support to local Process Technology & Operation teams, and structure the regional ways of working.
You will BE based in Avignon (FR) and report directly to the Regional Process Technology Manager EAME.
In this exciting role you will :
- Structure Process technology activities in the Naturals Ingredient EAME region
- Develop harmonized ways of working for PT activities in collaboration with the PT community
- BE the contact and bring expertise to local Process Technology managers
- Provide recommendations on local projects priority level, based on regional strategy and indicators
- Coordinate and support the process performance programs in the Naturals Ingredient EAME region
- Coordinate and support industrialization stages for new products at industrial scale
- Support defining and implementing any improvements related to product and process performance in collaboration with local teams, including the change management
- Define and maintain process master data in the ERP system
- Support transfers and engineering projects
Your professional profile includes :
- MSc in Food Process engineer or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role in the food industry or equivalent
- Business fluent in English; of advantage knowledge in French
- Experienced in Industrialization or/and production in process industry (food)
- Expert understanding of manufacturing technologies and product characteristics (such as liquids/powder formulation, spray drying, Emulsions, L/S separations, extractions)
- Teamplayer and used to work in a matrix organization
