LOCATION

The internship is based in Sablé-sur-Sarthe.

YOUR MISSIONS

You will work within our Group Industrial Performance Department, more specifically at the Sablé industrial site, where you will participate in projects aimed at improving the performance of the Group's industrial operations.

Your responsibilities will include :
- Working with the industrial performance teams and factories, you will develop a map of material losses within our production sites by analyzing process and packaging performance data.
- Identifying the main causes of industrial losses that the Group needs to focus on, in collaboration with the factory teams.
- Selecting and validating industrial performance best practices, in collaboration with factories and central experts.
- Conducting studies to quantify and qualify observed deviations from industrial performance practices.
- Initiating action plans and benchmarking these action plans implemented by the Group's various departments and factories.

YOUR PROFILE
- You are a gap year or final year student
- You are fluent in English
- You have an internship agreement
