Job Title

MANAGER, SITE FACILITIES SERVICES
We are looking for our Site Facilities Manager : you will provide operational project management support to line management and/or project managers and their teams (punctual support or temporary assignment to a project team)

Common accountabilities :

- Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members.

- Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments.

- Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations.

Specific accountabilities :

Operational project management support, applying the organisation standard methods, processes and tools :
* Maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems
* Create project or sub-project plans and monitor progress against schedule
* Record and track project costs and/or revenues
* Collect and consolidate project reporting data
* Maintain risk and issue logs
* Document change control records
* Support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams
* Coordinate organizational activity
* Actively participate in the project management communities

- Willing to communicate and maintain good relationships with providers and team
- Experience in managing teams
- Fluent French and English
