INTERNSHIP - IT Communication (M/F)
6-month internship starting in July 2025

YOUR MISSIONS

Within the IT Department, consisting of 150 internal employees and 150 externals. You will BE responsible for managing and optimizing the company's IT systems and internal communication.

As part of your missions, you will BE responsible for :
- Internal Communication : o Create and distribute materials to inform IT teams about ongoing projects, successes, and upcoming events. o Manage and update the IT Department's intranet/SharePoint site with relevant and engaging content. o Organize monthly information meetings for all IT staff, with streaming for remote teams. o Develop communication materials (presentations, posters, videos) to promote IT initiatives.
- IT Community Management : in collaboration with the Bel Human Resources department o Create and animate discussion forums and working groups to encourage exchange and collaboration among IT team members. o Organize internal events (workshops, team-building) to strengthen the sense of belonging and cohesion within the IT community.
- Promotion of IT to business teams and beyond : o Write documents (articles, presentations) to highlight the achievements of the IT Department. o Manage the IT Department's social media accounts to share news and innovations. o Develop communication campaigns to promote IT projects to business teams and external stakeholders.

The mission may also include coordinating the participation of the IT Department in external events (conferences, fairs).

YOUR PROFILE You can apply if :

You are a student in a communication school or another field and are looking for a gap year or end-of-course internship.

You have an interest in IT.

You possess a good knowledge and mastery of digital tools and their use in a professional environment.

Good understanding of user experience principles. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Good command of digital communication tools (graphic creation software, social media).

You speak English.
