You will BE our next Talent Acquisition Specialist. Over the last 4 years, we have been building and challenging our business model to validate that there are indeed some tremendous things to do. Now, IT's confirmed, IT is ready to grow, and grow big. Today, we are developing teams of experts to do things way bigger, way faster, and way better than ever before. So we want you to support this growth by identifying, approaching and hiring the most suited talent of our industry.
This is a unique opportunity to play an active role in this still young adventure, and push IT with no limits.
So far, we've been sourcing and recruiting a large range of profiles, hiring Ingredient Sales, Lab Technicians, as well as General Accountant, Business Unit Directors, or Sourcing Managers.
Tomorrow, you will help us on scaling our recruitments by hunting the next round of A-Players, building and developing strong relationships with bold and impactful candidates.
Your day-to-day worklife will mostly articulate as following :
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs,
- Determine selection criteria,
- Source potential candidates through online channels (Jobboards and professional networks),
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews,
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Taleez),
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements,
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Maintain a high level of candidate recruiting experience.
We expect you to support the TA Manager and embrace new projects around employer branding, recruitment and candidate experience by activating your skills and spreading your passion for people.
As a TA Specialist, you will BE a key player of our activity, identifying, qualifying and recruiting the right candidate, for the right position, in the right team. As a member of the People Team, you will directly report to the TA Manager, and will benefit from our knowledge of the industry and our experience in hunting and dragging Food Industry's game-changing profiles.
As a team, we will support your growth and feed you with honest and balanced feedback, as well as our best Tips&Tricks on the job specificities and technicalities.
In touch with every department, you will develop and maintain a high level of engagement with each team : Sourcing, Product Management, Sales, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, etc. They will help you to understand specificities of their role, and the impact you may have on each other's performances.

Le profil recherché
- Skills needed :
We are looking for someone who will have both-short & long-term impact. Being able to adapt to a start-up is important.
Fondamental :
- At least 2 years of experience (incl. internship) in recruiting for Agencies or a Company.
- You showed a great ability to shift from one profile to another, by hiring a wild diversity of profiles. 15 profiles hired over a year would BE a good track record.
- You know what Taleez, Workable, Team Tailor, Lever or Bull-Horn are, how they work, how to use them.
- You know how to use the most common JobBoards and head hunting tools.
- When IT comes to softskills, you are resilient, people oriented, rigorous, business oriented, but also humble and curious.
- If you've read this far, you understand that you must BE fluent in both French and English. Any other language is great.
Bonus :
- You have certain Sales related skills,
- You've been recruiting over the Food Industry, plant based raw materials industry.

- Conditions :
- Contrat : CDI - Permanent
- Starting date : ASAP.
- Localisation : Based in Avignon (Your chance to live in Provence - France).
- home office : 2 days a week maximum, after the first month.
- Salary : from 33K€ to 36K€ gross salary / year + uncapped bonus based on both company and individual results.
- The hiring process :
- First meeting : 30mins, content : Your background, experience & motivation.
- Second meeting : 60mins, content : Deep dive questions & scorecard.
- Third meeting : 60mins, content : Management team meeting.
- Fourth & last meeting : Café-Chouquette meeting, on site with part of the team
