Job Title

Implementation Engineer

In this role you will have a chance to

Airline Implementation and Services Activities
- Analyze customer system needs and collaborate on integration of Amadeus products.
- Coordinate project planning and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide thorough support and help resolve issues during customer acceptance testing.
- Collaborate on project activities throughout implementation.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure successful outcomes.

Services/Consultancy Activities
- Understand customer expectations and how they use specific products or solutions (e.g., Fare Family Community Solution).
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on product usage.
- Develop and deliver customized service recommendations.
- Provide expert guidance on integration and optimization.
- Support customers in achieving their business goals through tailored services.

About Ideal Candidate
- Experience in Information Technology (IT) and/or airline IT systems, with familiarity with Amadeus core products.
- Background in Search, Shopping, Pricing, and ATC (Automated Ticketing and Control).
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Ability to take initiative and follow through on commitments, with strong analytical thinking.
- Openness to occasional travel, with support for accessibility needs.

Business Environment

The Search, Shopping, and Pricing Solutions portfolio is evolving rapidly with new products and services, creating exciting opportunities to support and collaborate with airlines.

This dynamic environment offers you the opportunity to work hands-on with Air Dynamic Pricing implementation projects and deliver services related to Airline Pre-Shopping, Shopping, Pricing, and ATC (Automated Ticketing and Control). You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, assess impacts, and support successful delivery.

Role of the Fares Implementation Team

The Fares Implementation team supports Air Dynamic Pricing implementation projects and provides consulting services related to Airline Pre-Shopping, Shopping, Pricing, and Repricing products across various channels. This includes ensuring smooth integration and delivering high-quality service with solutions such as the Fare Family Community Solution (FFCS).

The team is also supporting the transition to Nevio and will contribute to its industrialization and implementation.

This role involves working in a collaborative and evolving environment, engaging with diverse stakeholders and departments.
