Job Description :
- S/He is responsible for providing functional and operational support on Havas products for HMG organization.
- S/He will work with the Global Product Manager, Adoption/Product Director, Data Manager and pool of data analysts and scientists who build and operate data projects and products globally.
- S/He support the product team with support on the product and to help users with their questions, bugs and
- S/He support the product team to maintain quality in the tools developed.
- S/He contributes to the continuous improvement of working practices, application quality, tooling and agile processes.

Main Responsibilities
- Product setup : Login creation, operational set up of product environment including dashboards, product features set up, etc.
- Product Support : Engage and support users with their requests and co-ordinate with technical teams for bug fixes.
- Functional documentation : Create documentation to add precision on product needs, technical needs and success criteria on when the product or project is completed.
- Product Documentation : Help in creation of user guides, technical and functional documentation to help users.
- Quality control & Validation : Writes and orchestrates functional & data based test cases to help validate business logic that is being translated to technical logic in the project or product.
- Market engagement : Help the Product manager with content curation and animation of workshops, virtual or in person product sessions on product topics.

Education & Languages
- Master Degree in Technology/Business.
- Fluent in English.

- Positive, persistent, and can-do attitude.
- Willingness to learn.

Nice to have :
- SQL skills.
- Background in marketing & media agency.
