Les missions du poste
As a Continuous Improvement Apprentice in Reyssouze, with a minimum 1 year contract, you will help enhance our organization's ongoing efforts to improve processes, improve efficiency, and lead positive change. You will work with our operation team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in multiple improvement methodologies and contributing to the development of improvement projects across the organization. You will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in continuous improvement methodologies and contribute to real-world process optimization projects within a dynamic and creative organization. Join our team and help us shape a culture of continuous improvement !
You will :
- 5S projects : Identify or collect 5S projects and support collaborators in the deployment of 5S workshop (work on the field with manual tasks), 5S audits and 5S action plans follow up.
- Problem-Solving : support services to perform with methodology (DMAIC), specially on the field with manufacturing operators, maintenance and QC technicians.
- Energy savings : analyze datas, contribute to energy bests practices audits, help on energy projects implementation
- Performance (OEE) : analyze datas, track issues recurrences to trigg problem solving, SMED
- Visual Performance Management system (Indicators) : Help to improve VPMS tool and animation in each services
- Support CI Manager to develop a culture of continuous improvement : Help in creating communication materials, training materials, contribute to improvement ideas implementation and encourage the creation of ideas.
Your profile includes :
- Education : pursue a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline. (Alternance 3 ans idéalement)
- Language Skills : Proficiency in both English and French languages.
- Practical and Collaborative mindset : Demonstrated in teams and with partners at several levels, support and work on field (manufacturing and maintenance workshop, lab, warehouse)
- Project managemennt skills :familiar with project management and analytical tools.
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement : Passionate about driving change and making a positive impact through continuous improvement projects.
