Les missions du poste
· Complies with and ensures compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on HSE and environmental standards and follow the group Vicat's corporate policy on HSE, and compliance, and CSRD ESG. Ensuring healthy and safe working conditions for subordinates and performers, monitoring their compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection and the group Vicat's standard.
· Performs the control of the plant's measuring devices, sensors and controlling systems.
· Secures proper preparation of the maintenance preventive that must BE applied to all types of measures throughout the plant.
· Checks the plant's supervision system (SCADA System) to monitor any defficient measure to BE corrected.
· Calibration and maintenance of the plant's gas analyzers - Kiln Inlet, Precalciner and Preheater Outlet.
· Support Automation Department for proper follow-up of analog signals from field location to PLC input.
· Participates to manage efficiently and keeps on improving the reduction of the CO2 emissions (and other greenhouse gas).
Reporting :
The Instrumentation Supervisor reports directly to the Maintenance Director.

Le profil recherché
· Electrical Engineer degree with a proven track record in heavy industry at least over the last 5 years.
· At least 5 years experience in a similar position
· Knowledge in Siemens hardware and software. Experience in industrial network environment, PLC programming and SCADA system (InTouch).
· Loyalty.
· Proactivity.
· Analytical skills.
· Organization.
· Focus on results, deadlines and quality.
· Team builder.
· English fluent, Russian fluent ideally.
