Our team

Our delivery team works in a dynamic international environment to implement robust billing solutions based on SAP BRIM, managing over 150 million transactions daily. We collaborate across Nice, Madrid, and Bangalore to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and innovation in revenue management.

Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will act as a Business Analyst within our SAP BRIM program, supporting the design, evolution, and implementation of billing solutions. You will work closely with internal customers and product owners to gather requirements, define solutions, support development and testing, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and review business specifications from internal stakeholders in Revenue Management and Collections.
- Define functional requirements and produce clear functional designs.
- Identify the most suitable tools for implementation (SAP BRIM or RPA where applicable).
- Support the development team during implementation phases.
- Conduct end-to-end functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
- Create user documentation and training materials.
- Contribute to chatbot implementation and user experience enhancements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for smarter and simpler workflows.

Your Profile
- Currently completing a Master's degree in Engineering or Economics.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a critical mindset.
- Motivated by learning and applying emerging technologies.
- Curious, adaptable, and proactive.
