Job Summary

Supervise the work teams and the maintenance and improvement activities of assets to comply with the requirements and process parameters, equipment availability, within the planned cost for each of the compression stations and, above all, obeying and meeting the legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment that make up the plants' machinery fleet;
Ensure compliance with plant maintenance planning in order to avoid significant production stops, guaranteeing the safety and reliability of production equipment;
Ensure and supervise maintenance activities and projects so that the schedule is met.

Main Responsabilities

Responsible for supervising the maintenance of a company's machinery and equipment. manage the maintenance team and ensures the proper functioning of the facilities.

Main activities
- Supervise the installation, repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Manage the maintenance team, including the selection of personnel and assignment of functions
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Assist the maintenance sector in reviewing maintenance plans;
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems Prepare maintenance plans and proposals
- Analyze technical and operational incident records Evaluate the condition of machinery and equipment
- Manage human resources and the acquisition of material resources
- Supervise the Utilities sector;
- Review of critical items and updating these materials in the warehouse;
- Ensure compliance with maintenance and renovation schedules, through daily distribution and monitoring of activities carried out by the team;
- Contribute to the correct acquisition of parts and machinery, as well as to the optimization of performance, through systematic monitoring of performance, compliance with preventive, corrective and control maintenance programs and guidance on the use of rationalized work methods;
- Contribute to reducing risks and the occurrence of accidents, through effective compliance with work safety standards and use of PPE by the work team, in addition to proposing and executing necessary modifications;
- Ensure technological updating and modernization of facilities and equipment in your work area, through the implementation of defined improvements and proposing modifications/improvements;
- Ensure team motivation through adequate team management (training/evaluation/labor relations), aiming for team participation in work groups and technical improvement;
- Supervise the plant's 5S Program and Supervise the items of the Factory Productivity Program and analyze the Maintenance Performance Indexes; - Participate in group meetings to improve results and team management;
- Meet or exceed the plant's business objectives;

These activities include but are not limited to : monitoring results against the budget, monitoring management reports on area expenses, active participation in the annual budget process, participation in efforts to implement plant improvements and promoting continuous increases in productivity, reliability, safety, quality and effectiveness of the area's systems and processes;

Ensure a good working environment, in order to maintain efficiency, effectiveness and high morale in the group, ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and equally.

Qualifications
- Education : Graduation in Mechenical Engineering, Electrical and/or Chemical Engineering.
- Desirable Specialization and/or post-grad degree in the area.
- Work experience : Minimum 10 years of experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Knowledge related to rules (NR13 and NR 10 specially) and regulations related to HSE
- Experience in infrastructure management and building safety culture.
- Experiance on Maintanence planning and control
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, Fire, Hygiene, Training
- Language and computing : Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), AutoCAD desirable
- Advanced English and desirable Spanish
- Solid knowledge of engineering and mechanical concepts
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to innovate technologically

- Automation Knowledge is desirable
