VOTRE MISSION
As CTPO, you are the guarantor of strategic alignment between product, technology, and business. You define and execute a bold, user-centric vision for scalable digital products. You foster a high-performance, cross-functional culture and shape a digital organization capable of delivering high-impact, data-driven platforms. Your leadership inspires teams and drives transformation across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO of the BU, you will BE responsible for :
Technical & Architecture
Own the technical vision and oversee system architecture, performance, scalability, and security.
Prioritize and manage the technical roadmap, balancing refactoring, infrastructure needs, and product innovation.
Foster strong collaboration between development, data science, and modeling teams.
Product Strategy & Execution
Define and champion a clear product vision aligned with business goals and user needs.
Build and maintain a roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term innovation.
Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle-from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Ensure products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet high standards of usability and design.
Drive continuous product improvement through structured feedback loops and data analysis.
Market Intelligence & Go-to-Market
Conduct market research to identify user needs, industry trends, and competitive gaps.
Collaborate with marketing, solutions, and sales teams to shape go-to-market plans and pricing strategies.
Explore emerging technologies and business opportunities that could fuel growth.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Align internal stakeholders (modeling, development, marketing, execution, sales) around shared priorities and execution plans.
Lead the evolution of the digital organization, ensuring effective collaboration and clear interfaces across teams.
Inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams with clarity, empathy, and vision.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Champion a data-driven culture across product and technology.
Use analytics to inform decisions, measure product performance, and iterate effectively.
VOTRE PROFIL
Your Profile
You'll thrive in this role if you bring :
- Proven experience in product management, ideally with full ownership of platform-scale digital products.
- Hands-on experience in agile, high-growth environments such as startups or small, fast-moving companies.
- Experience in building and scaling digital platforms with measurable business impact.
- Deep customer empathy and a relentless focus on solving real user problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, paired with solid business acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
- A hands-on, pragmatic approach combined with visionary thinking.
Nice to Have
- Background in geospatial data, environmental data (weather, sensors), or mapping technologies.
- Technical background in software development, research, or data science.
- Experience working closely with enterprise customers, pre-sales, or account teams.
- Familiarity with air quality regulations or the broader environmental sector.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with modern architectures : microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, and big data systems.
