Mission :Join us as a Pricing & Packaging Project Manager to bring structure and excellence to our newly centralized pricing function at Qonto. You'll coordinate strategic pricing initiatives that directly impact our business model and customer experience for our 500,000+ customers across Europe.
Impact :Working closely with Paolo Montinaro, who is establishing this critical function, you'll help shape how Qonto approaches pricing and packaging decisions while ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams, including strategy, product, and finance.
As a Pricing & Packaging Project Manager at Qonto, you will :- Support the execution of multiple concurrent pricing projects per quarter by maintaining project timelines, documentation, and communication channels- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of key pricing initiatives- Organize and facilitate weekly pricing-related meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-ups within 24 hours- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including weekly status reports and executive presentation materials- Proactively identify potential risks or blockers and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
What you can expect :- Market/Team Context : You'll BE joining a newly formed team that centralizes the Pricing and Packaging function at Qonto. As one of the first team members, you'll have the opportunity to shape processes and make a significant impact.- Team Structure : You'll work directly with Paolo and collaborate closely with a Pricing and Packaging Expert (currently being hired). The team also has indirect reports from the Research and Data functions.- Tools : You'll use Notion for documentation, Asana or similar tools for project tracking, and collaborate through Slack and Google Workspace to maintain clear communication across teams.- Growth Opportunity : As the team evolves, there will BE opportunities for growth and increased responsibility as Paolo anticipates the team may expand in the future.
About your future ManagerYour manager will BE Paolo Montinaro, our Head of Pricing & Packaging.- His path?Paolo brings extensive knowledge in Pricing Strategy and Revenue Optimization, having previously worked in leading Multinationals across Europe in different industries. Thanks to these experiences, he developed a sound understanding of Pricing architecture within the subscription packages space.- What can he bring to the team?As the leader of Qonto's newly created Pricing & Packaging function, Paolo is building a team focused on identifying market best practices and implementing added value initiatives that maximize Revenues. He will oversee the activities by providing continuous support and feedback, both key elements enabling further development. His experience in managing complex Monetization projects across multiple markets will BE valuable in guiding the team towards success.
About You :- Project Management : You have 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in tech/SaaS environments. You Excel at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and ensuring projects stay on track.- Organization & Documentation : You have a natural talent for creating structure and maintaining clear documentation. Your attention to detail ensures nothing falls through the cracks, which is essential for coordinating complex pricing initiatives.- Communication Skills : You're skilled at facilitating meetings, crafting clear communications, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across different departments. You can translate complex pricing concepts into understandable updates.- Adaptability : You thrive in dynamic environments and can adjust quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables. This flexibility is crucial in our evolving pricing team.- Proactive Problem-Solving : You anticipate potential issues before they arise and take initiative to propose solutions.
