Our team

The Booking and Synchronization Management (BSM) department is part of the Reservation area-one of the most critical domains at Amadeus, powering bookings, ticketing, and PNR management. Within BSM, the Seat and Ancillary Services (SAS) team is responsible for developing and maintaining solutions related to seat selection and ancillary services across all booking channels, including NDC and GDS.

We play a key role in strategic initiatives such as NDC-X, UDIP, Offer/Order transformation (Nevio), and are actively involved in cloud migration and continuous improvement practices.

Role Overview

As an apprentice in the SAS team, you will work closely with product management and development teams to define, structure, and deliver product specifications tailored to customer needs. This reference base will serve as a key documentation tool to guide customers in understanding and using our products.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand customer expectations regarding product specifications.
- Liaise with product management and technical teams to understand how SAS products are used.
- Propose and structure a documentation base that aligns with customer requirements.
- Produce high-quality product documentation and deliver IT to customers.

Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field through an apprenticeship.
- Fluent in English.
- Autonomous, proactive, and curious about functional and technical challenges.
- Strong analytical, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organized and collaborative with a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
