Les missions du poste

Manage the development of microwave products based on design control procedure. The position is based in China.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop full-range adaptors for new interface connectors,

2. Lead the design for microwave components,

3. Participate complex projects to give suggestion and support, such as PCB, special cable assembly,

4. Coach the new engineer in microwave field as advisor,

6. Investigation and experience accumulation for microwave products,

7. Reports to R&D manager for responsible projects.

Le profil recherché

7 years or above working experience in design of microwave components and mechanics,

Excellent knowledge on radio frequency, microwave field.
- Fluent English in reading, writing and oral, at least intermediate Mandarin

- Strong ability for innovation,

- Strong analytical skills and good data sensitivity,

- Skilful in computer software and test instrument : SolidWorks, CST, HFSS, VNA etc,

- Good learning capacity, ready for challenge,

- Strong and professional problem solving knowledge,

- Projects management skills.
