Your impact :
We are looking for an Assistant to the Consolidation Manager (apprenticeship), reporting to the Head of Consolidation.
Your main duties within the Finance Department will BE as follows :
- Directly integrated into the consolidation team, you will maintain daily contact with our subsidiaries worldwide and work closely with our Accounting, Treasury and Controlling teams, in France and abroad.
- Participation in the monthly closing and preparation of the Group's consolidated financial statements for the annual closing :
- Review of consolidation scope (75 subsidiaries)
- Preparation of monthly and annual closing schedules and consolidation instructions communicated to all subsidiaries.
- Monitoring of the process of reconciling intra-group transactions for all Group subsidiaries (monitoring of discrepancies and coordination of subsidiaries)
- Review of consolidation packages : consistency checks, as well as monitoring of certain specific aggregates (changes in shareholders' equity, cash flow, foreign exchange gains and losses, etc.).
- Participation in drafting the notes to the Group's consolidated financial statements, published at the Group's half-yearly closing.
You will also have the opportunity to produce :
- Legal documentation of significant events during the period (dividend payments, changes in shareholders' equity, major contracts, etc.)
- Updating a database of subsidiary information (contacts, closing dates, etc.)
- Participation in the integration of OneWeb into our IT systems, particularly OneStream (consolidation tool) and preparation of specific reporting files.
- These monthly tasks are not limitative, but they can evolve on various projects according to internal requests.
Your profile :
- You are preparing a Bac +5 diploma in Business School/Engineering School/Master's degree.
- You are familiar with tools such as Excel
- You have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and are rigorous and autonomous.
- You have a professional level of English (daily communications with foreign contacts).
