Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world's most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Reservation Intern.

Key accountabilities :
- Managing individual reservations and sending confirmations to clients,
- Personalized follow-up on client requests,
- Optimizing sales and maximizing room occupancy and revenue in line with Yield policy,
- Following up on files in close collaboration with the relevant departments while performing daily checks.

General requirements :
- Strong sense of hospitality and sales,
- Ability to concentrate, listen, and analyze,
- Availability, responsiveness, and autonomy within a multifunctional team,
- Organizational skills in work,
- Proficiency in English,
- First experience in the field desired,
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
