Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BP&A Business Unit (BU) Partner to join our BDB team. This role is pivotal in implementing BP&A practices within the Business Unit, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and partnering with various stakeholders to optimize financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Job Description

Responsibilities
- Implement FP&A Practices : Develop and execute FP&A best practices within the BU, focusing on simplification and standardization.
- FP&A Calendar Management : Communicate and manage the FP&A calendar through BU Hub organizations.
- Financial Reporting : Oversee the BU P&L's and reports, including those segmented by Hub, EMEA, WW package, etc.
- Collaboration with Analysts : Work closely with BP&A BU Analysts and SGA Analysts on respective financial areas.
- Data Accuracy : Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data provided to stakeholders.
- P&L Monitoring : Support the BU Controller in monitoring P&L performance
- Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with Country Business Leader, SGA Analysts and Comm Ops Analysts regarding Revenue, GP and SGA performance.
- Supply Chain Coordination : Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team on inventory and shipping-related matters.
- Financial Partnering : Partner with Country Business Leaders (CBLs) in preparing and validating financials as well as driving value through close collaboration
- Strategic Meetings : Conduct calls and meetings with CBLs for ASR, Budget, and Projection preparation, ensuring target alignment. Provide advice on action plans and track progress.
- Monthly Financial Reviews : Engage in calls and meetings with CBLs for month-end close (MEC) purposes.
- Risk & Opportunities : Identify and manage country/hub-specific risks and opportunities.
- Cross-finance Projects : Participate in BU-specific cross-finance projects, evaluating P&L and ROI of initiatives.
- Value Discovery : Identify and capitalize on value opportunities within the BU.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent related work experience.
