Stage - Stagiaire Fine Jewellery Coordinator (H/F)

As part of the International Fine Jewellery & Fine Watches Department within the High-End Department - the team in charge of driving the growth of the Repetitive High Jewelry segment- you will join the Fine Jewellery team. Your role will BE instrumental in supporting business development, assortment strategy, and regional performance management, with a specific focus on data analysis, novelties monitoring, Clients specific requests (Resizing, Transformation...), Press & Celebrities requests.
You will interact closely with regional teams, product marketing, Operations/Supply chain, Manufacturing, Client, and event departments, gaining valuable exposure to strategic decision-making processes in a highly selective and prestigious category.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch Monitoring and Product Life Cycle Follow-up :
- Assist in the coordination of new product launches in collaboration with Marketing and Operations teams (monitoring launch quantities, stock allocations, and delivery timelines),
- Ensure the right visibility of the novelties in the Prestige Network, Events, local activations, Red Carpets & shootings,
- Monitor the allocation of Launch Quantities, help and support the needed arbitration.
Support in the Preparation of International High Jewellery Events :
- Assist the Fine Jewellery Manager in securing the assortment of novelties for High-End events,
- Contribute to the preparation of commercial tools ahead of events (commercial guidelines, pricing sheets, product descriptions & launch strategy),
- Support the organization of VM (Visual Merchandising) elements and touch & try experiences to optimize client/ sales' associates' presentations during events.
Monitor and follow up on product resizings and transformations within the Fine Jewellery perimeter :
- BE the point of contact during events for urgent request to liaise with Manufacturing,
- Ensure the proper tracking and reporting for internal stakeholders,
- Update our internal monitoring tools and alert of delays when needed.
Operational Support to the Fine Jewellery Team, on the following tasks :
- Update and monitor weekly and monthly sales performance reports (dashboard creation, SAP/BI data extraction),
- Assist in the preparation of strategic reviews for regional Business Reviews and Management Committees (PowerPoint presentations),
- Support assortment management through basic stock monitoring, sales analysis, and rebalancing recommendations,
- Participate to the tracking of post-event performance, and gathering key feedback from Markets/ Regions.
Profile :
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Grande École, Business School, University) with a focus in Luxury, Strategy, Business Development, or Merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate figures into actionable business recommendations.
- Deep interest in the luxury industry and High Jewelry segment, with sensitivity to product and customer experience.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French. A 3rd language is a plus
