Les missions du poste
Your missions : Within the Sugar Supply Chain team, you will BE responsible for managing the outgoing and incoming goods, handling delivery notes, and conducting monthly inventories while anticipating contingencies, monitoring carriers, and analyzing transfer data during the campaign period. Daily tasks : Administrative management of flows : Manage the outgoing goods of the concerned flows Edit and transmit delivery notes to the various partners and clients concerned Ensure and guarantee the entries of stock in the system Manage the purchase/resale flows in the system Administrative management of stocks and closure : Conduct and analyze monthly inventories of storage platforms Perform the monthly closure at the end of each month Assistance in data extraction : During the campaign period, extract and perform an initial analysis of transfer data Analyze client schedules to anticipate difficulties Monitoring client deliveries : Anticipate contingencies using the Shippeo tool Monitor carriers daily Follow up with carriers if necessary
