Les missions du poste

As a Customer Operations Intern, you will :
- Facilitate Carrier Onboarding :Guide new carriers through their first steps on the Shippeo platform, influence key stakeholders, and support them throughout the integration journey to ensure a smooth start.
- Handle Operational Support :Act as the first point of contact for carriers and customers, swiftly addressing operational questions and service requests within your portfolio.
- Design Tailored Technical Solutions :Collaborate with carriers to build custom technical setups, manage technical specifications, and coordinate the successful delivery of integrations.
- Develop Key Partnerships :Foster lasting relationships with carrier accounts by working closely with management teams and aligning on both operational and technical priorities.
- Drive Compliance and Project Success :Engage regularly with accounts to monitor project progress, ensuring requirements are met and showcasing Shippeo's value through impactful use cases.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams :Work hand-in-hand with the Operations department to deliver a seamless carrier onboarding experience.
- Ensure Accurate Reporting :Update CRM systems and reporting tools consistently to maintain precise tracking of carrier activities and account status.

Le profil recherché

You are our next Shippian if you :
- Are in your Bachelor/Master from an Engineering or Business School
- Are autonomous in your work
- Are keen to learn or develop technical skills (API, EDI, SFTP)
- Have the ability to work independently, proactively step up, and propose improvements
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have excellent organizational skills
- You Arefluent in English, French and/or Italian or German(any other European language is a +)
- Are ambitious, a leader and ready to take responsibilities in a start-up ready to revolutionize the whole sector
