Les missions du poste

Overview of the rôle

The Quality Inspector will BE in charge of the following tasks :
- Verify the conformity of piping, welded structures, and welding operations carried out on site, in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.
- Present the work officially to the client during validation or quality control stages.
- Submit inspection results and technical findings to the Quality Control Manager (QC Manager).
- Draft detailed reports based on field inspections and observations, for management review.
- Work in coordination with production teams, supervisors, and other trades on site to carry out inspections across different areas.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards in the offshore environment.
- Participate, when required, in quality or technical meetings related to inspected work.

Le profil recherché

Requirements

You have a strong background in quality inspection, with hands-on experience on welding projects in the Oil & Gas industry, especially offshore.
You hold a valid CSWIP certification and BOSIET.
You are professionally fluent in English, and a good command of French and Portuguese is considered a strong asset.
