Responsibilities
You will join the Credit Risk Management Department, whose primary mission is to define and implement the commercial strategy from the development of the small medium and large business segments as well as institutional clients. This is done in alignment with the directives and performance objectives of the General Management's and the BU AFMO's in terms of service quality, revenue growth (PNB) risk management and compliance with regulations and allocated budgets.
As part of our optimization and performance strategy, you will work on projects aimed at simplifying operational processes with a direct impact on GNP.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Analysis and diagnosis of processes
- Identify the key processes impacting the GNP (customer relations, credit management, complaints processing)
- Carry out an inventory of the flow of points of friction and areas for improvement
- Collect necessary data from different stakeholders
- Suggestions for improvement
- Design and propose solutions to simplify processes, reduce delays or improve quality of service
- Evaluate the financial and operational impact of the recommendations
- Coordination of implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions
- Ensure monitoring of actions and pilot projects
- Results monitoring and reporting
- Measure financial and operational gains after implementing initiatives

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience :
- Graduate with a Master's degree from a Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance, Banking or Business Administration
- A previous experience in Process Management would BE appreciated
Language skills :
- Fluent in English
Operational, technical & soft skills :
- Good ability to analyze data and model processes
- Analytical mind and strength of proposal
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. IT will last 12 months.
In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
