As a part of the Group Mall Management & Engineering team, you are the structural and technical standards referent for the Group. Your mission is to ensure the structural integrity of Klépierre's assets, deploy and maintain technical standards across the portfolio driving innovation. You also manage framework agreements with strategic partners, and lead initiatives to reach Net Zero Carbon objectives for tenants, ensuring the achievement of sustainability targets.

You work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to deliver safe, sustainable, and efficient retail environments.

Main missions :

Ensure structural integrity of our Buildings
- Supervise structural audits and ensure early detection of potential issues across the portfolio.
- Manage high-impact structural projects and feed inputs into the Group's 5-Year Capex Plan.
- Develop and update structural engineering standards (procedures, technical specs, inspection protocols).
- Provide strategic advice and technical support on asset integrity matters in acquisition and renovation in coordination with Development team

Optimize works coordination
- Define and implement framework agreements, especially for landlord works to enhance speed of execution.
- Work closely with Procurement to evaluate partner performance and improve cost-efficiency and delivery speed.

Deploy the Group's environmental performance of our Buildings & Tenants
- Enhance the environmental roadmap aligned with the Act4Good plan across tenants.
- Promote low-carbon guidelines and contribute sustainable solutions to group standards and customer path.
- Support collaborative initiatives and innovative projects (e.g., reflective roofs, insulation, advanced glazing) to drive progress toward Net Zero

Collaboration and contribution in operational and functional projects.
- Participate in the presentation of the group's monthly results (environmental and structural) during the Engineering & Sustainable Building webinar and collaborate to share best practices with all the technical teams in every business unit.
- Contribute to the creation of cooperation between different platforms used by the operational team.
- Contribute to the Group's reporting platform's optimization.
- SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

An education level equivalent to a Master's or Engineering Degree (Bac +5) is required for this position.

A first experience in the structural engineering sector or construction is necessary.

Ideally, you have an interest in technical aspects in the environment.

Skills & Abilities
- English & French : Advanced Level with both verbal and written skills
- Mastery of the Office pack : Excel (expert level), PowerPoint (intermediate) and Power BI (beginner).
- Knowledge in technical installations of a building.

- Demonstrate self-confidence, creativity, energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to prioritize work
- Fast Learner, Logical thinker, and process oriented
- Team Player with Strong interpersonal skills and a flexibility to move amongst different projects
- Logical thinker, well organized and detail oriented

Possible work travel to the shopping centers or HQ in the different countries of the portfolio.
