About Bears with Benefits : Bears with Benefits (BwB) is a premium food supplements brand specializing in women's health and wellness. Created by women, for women, BwB makes beauty and health routines effortless with delicious, effective gummy supplements. Already established in 8 European countries, BwB are now expanding to the U.S. and beyond.
Key responsibilities :
- Strategy : Support the US General Manager in shaping and executing the strategy, ensuring direct presentation to EXCOM members, including the CEO
- Business development : Support the launch and growth of our BwB business in the US market and assist in the development for future expansion into other markets, including Canada (Q3-25).
- Competition analysis : Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify content trends, product launch strategies, and effective campaigns on various social media platforms.
- Content and reporting : Assist in creating impactful content and preparing detailed reports for management reviews, tracking the progress of marketing initiatives.
- Multi-tool role : Act as a versatile team member, ready to take on diverse tasks that contribute to the overall development and success of the business. This includes handling various projects that support the brand's operational and strategic goals.
Profile :
- Final-year student (master's level, business school, or equivalent) specializing in digital marketing, business management, or entrepreneurship with a strong interest in digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly proactive, curious, and passionate about digital marketing and business development.
- Strong proficiency in presentation and reporting tools (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Fluent in both English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential
