Join us as a Product Designer to innovate and shape our product lines, enhancing our position as Europe's leading design-driven fintech solution.
As a Senior Product Designer at Qonto, you will :
- Lead the end-to-end design for new features, from discovery to delivery, within your cross-functional team.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into compelling design solutions.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, ensuring designs meet both technical and business requirements.
- Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of our product
- Participate in design critiques and workshops, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in product design within tech companies or innovative startups/scale-ups.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in system design, visual design, and user research.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
- A passion for solving complex problems and a relentless focus on the user experience.
- A growth mindset, eager to learn, share, and improve.
