France, Italy and Greece Finance Director (H/F/X)
Location :Paris (Arr 17)
Your Role
As the Subregional Finance Director for France, Italy, and Greece, you will BE responsible for the strategic financial management of these countries within the EMEA region. You will BE the key partner in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, providing strategic insights that support growth and efficiency. This highly visible role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills across various areas while playing a key role in strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range plans for each country, market, and property within the subregion.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations based on business performance.
- Manage and optimize financial processes to support growth and profitability across the subregion.
- Deliver monthly management reports, including actual vs. budget analysis, leasing (i.e. bookings) related analysis, cost management analysis, inventory tracking and analysis, property level profitability, headcount tracking and new development activity.
- Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent financial communication at all levels.
- Provide support in cost management, variance analysis, and property profitability.
- Ensure technical compliance and track expenditures to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Lead the integration of local financial processes into global systems in close collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring talent growth and performance management.
What We're Looking for in You
- Proven experience in a similar role within a US-listed entity, with strong experience in internalmanagementreporting (external reporting experience is a plus).
- Experience with organizational transformation/integration is desired
- Experience managing teams and developing talent in an international environment.
- Strong project management skills in finance, including strategic planning, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Ability to navigate a complex environment and work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operational teams.
- Problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data.
- Fluency in English and French, with knowledge of other European languages being a plus (Italian or Greek).
- Experience with change management and integrating new financial systems or processes.
