Salary : £48,000 to £55,000/year + NHS benefits + leadership training

About the Hospital :
This NHS Trust Hospital in North London is undergoing transformation with new leadership and a strong focus on patient safety, staff wellbeing, and innovation. The Head Nurse will lead a 25-bed adult medical/surgical ward, driving improvements in care quality, patient flow, and staff development.

Your Missions :
- Lead and manage the ward team (nurses, HCAs, students)
- Ensure safe staffing, supervision, and mentoring
- Oversee audits, risk assessments, and clinical governance
- Collaborate with senior management on service development
- Handle complaints, incidents, and appraisals professionally

Profile Required :
- NMC Registered Nurse
