Your Missions :
- Deliver patient-centered care for adults with acute and chronic conditions
- Administer medications and treatments following care plans
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, consultants, and discharge planners
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety at all times
- Contribute to ward audits and quality improvement initiatives

Profile Required :
