Responsable Factory Integration & Validation Platform (H/F)

Participating to CBTC signaling solutions deployment, your role will consist in organizing and leading the activities of System Integration and Validation in factory, including the correct setup of the Factory Integration and Validation Platform. The Factory System Integration and Validation Leader reports to the System Validation Group Manager and ensures the delivery of a System in compliance with the project contractual requirements

Responsibilities

Prepare and Organize the system integration and validation start session meeting (collect the necessary inputs, secure the planning and needed ressources, identify hardware needs)
Prepare the test procedures and ensure that system testing in factory provides a full coverage to guarantee a correct implementation of the project requirements (functional, operationnal, performance and safety requirements)
Deflne With the help of the Tools and Simulation team the necessary test means and tools to execute the tests properly
Organize and follow the setup of the system Factory Integration and Validation Platform
Ensure the test procedures execution, record the needed elements to demonstrate the correct test execution and record the results in the associated report :

System Integration tests, to validate the start-up tests (post installation) for sub-system interfaces
System Correspondence tests, to check the validity and consistency of interface data exchanged between various sub-systems
System Functional Validation tests, to perform the project specific Functional Validation Testing activity
System Operation & Performance tests, to demonstrate RAM, Robustness, Endurance, Redundancy objectives

Impact analysis, to determine the non-regression strategy and organize test session scheduling
Deliver the Factory System report which gives the conclusion and analysis of the test session (test results, non-conformities detected, potential identified restrictions to BE applied during on-site activities)
Support the Project Verification and Validation leader for the project Global Verification & Validation report establishment and for schedule consolidation
Communicate progress following the process defined by the project and/or the department
Support the project design teams during the non-conformities analysis
Animate the factory system testing team

Profile :

Engineering degree, experience + 5 years, significant testing experience, preferably on industrial systems having reliability or safety constraints.

Ability to synthesize, to organize, and to argue.

Linguistic capabilities : French and English
