Our team

The Learning Design team at Amadeus plays a crucial role in developing innovative learning solutions to support customers and internal teams. We create engaging training content, manage digital learning platforms, and enhance the learning experience through cutting-edge instructional design tools.

Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will build your skills and knowledge in content management by designing and developing learning solutions. You will participate in the full project cycle from conception to communication about the final product delivery. Additionally, you will expand your competencies in unique design tools used in digital learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote learning solutions to current and potential customers using available marketing tools.
- Develop media skills to produce video, image, and sound assets where applicable to a learning solution.
- Facilitate the design & development of learning solutions worldwide by leveraging the Amadeus Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in project management from design to development and final publication.
- Ensure a successful launch of e-learning lessons on Amadeus products.
- Collaborate with the Learning Design team and other stakeholders to define learning objectives for customers.
- Assist in e-learning publication processes and suggest improvements.

Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a university degree with a focus on Content and/or Communication Management.
- Keen interest in Learning Design & Development.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Experience working with graphical tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video editing, etc.).
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools is a plus (Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.).
- Experience with OneDrive/SharePoint is an advantage.
- Strong team player with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
