Les missions du poste
Your Responsabilities :
- Market Strategy : Develop a comprehensive strategy aligned with our ambitions, leveraging your deep knowledge of the Benelux market.
- Sales Management : Oversee the entire sales cycle, building strategic relationships with key partners and clients. Adapt general sales conditions for the local market and lead negotiations for framework agreements.
- Operations & Logistics : Manage operations, logistics, distribution, customer service, and after-sales service, ensuring high-quality products and services.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards, adapting processes to specific market requirements.
- Financial Management : Develop and manage the regional budget, analyze financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client payments.
- Communication & Representation : BE the brand ambassador for Thomson Electronic in Benelux, actively participating in industry events.
- Marketing : Work closely with the European marketing teams to implement target marketing initiatives.
Le profil recherché
Your Profile :
- University degree or business school (master's level preferred) with a focus on business or management.
- Proven experience in commercial operations management within the consumer electronics sector in Benelux.
- Strong industry network and the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset to identify market trends and develop innovative growth strategies.
- Autonomous, strategic thinker, and creative problem-solver.
Conditions :
Salary package : approx. €100k + monthly car allowance

Reporting to Stéphane COTTE, General Manager Western Europe & Africa at Thomson Electronic, you will develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize our market presence and sales.
