Essential Qualifications :
You have a professional experience in the field of IT or knowledges
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is imperative
Knowledge of hardware components, such as networks, security, and servers
Fluency in both spoken and written French and English
Ability to draft offers in both French and English
Adaptability to new hardware and emerging technologies
Strong organizational skills to meet client demands
Effective communication and negotiation skills for client interactions
Self-motivated, serious, and capable of managing a demanding workload

Desirable Qualifications :
Additional certifications or coursework in IT-related fields
Experience in handling international clients
Proficiency in other languages
Project management skills.
