Les missions du poste
· Complies with and ensures compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on HSE and environmental standards and follow the group Vicat's corporate policy on HSE, and compliance, and CSRD ESG. Ensuring healthy and safe working conditions for subordinates and performers, monitoring their compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection and the group Vicat's standard.
· Manages at the best levels the production activities and technical services of the plant, monitors the results of their work, the state of labor and production discipline in subordinate departments.
· Manages efficiently and keeps on improving the reduction of the CO2 emissions (and other GES).
· In accordance with the approved business plans of the enterprise for the long and medium term, manages the development of measures for modernization of the plant, preventing the harmful effects of production on the environment, careful use of natural resources, creating safe working conditions and improving the technical culture of production.
· Ensures the necessary level of technical preparation of production and its constant growth, increasing production efficiency and labor productivity, reducing costs (material, financial and labor), rational use of production resources, high quality and competitiveness of manufactured products, works or services, compliance of manufactured products with current state standards, technical conditions and technical aesthetic requirements, as well as their reliability and durability.
· Ensures the effectiveness of design solutions, timely and high-quality preparation of production, technical operation, repair and modernization of equipment, achievement of high quality products in the process of its development and production.
· Participates in the development and implementation of resource-saving technologies, progressive consumption rates for basic types of raw materials and supplies, in the study of the causes of defects and the release of lower grade products, in the development of measures to improve the quality of products (works, services) and more efficient use of production capacities.
· Organizes training and advanced training for workers and engineers and ensures continuous improvement of personnel training.
Reporting :
The Cement plant Director / Technical Director reports directly to the Director of the company.

o 1 week-end per month in Almaty.

Le profil recherché
· Engineer degree with a proven track record in heavy industry at least over the last 20 years.
· At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
· Leadership.
· Loyalty.
· Results-oriented.
· Team builder.
· English fluent, Russian fluent ideally.
