What You'll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll have the opportunity to become a true partner to our business by supporting the full recruitment cycle - from initial brief to onboarding. You'll play a key role in shaping the teams that power our commercial success across the EMEA region.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
- Learning and applying modern sourcing strategies, while staying up-to-date with market trends and new talent acquisition tools
- Acting as a resource and sharing learning with the wider TA team to help drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Representing the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Tracking staffing data and providing regular insights and reports to your stakeholders

Who You Are:

- A strong interest in human resources; prior experience in recruitment is a plus
- Excellent customer service mindset and the curiosity to listen, understand needs, and respond with solutions
- The ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- A detail-oriented, hands-on approach with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved
- Strong communication skills and business acumen
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a results-driven mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English; French or other European language is a plus
