- Architect and implement infrastructure solutions across all phases: planning, design, build, and test.
- Design and lead migrations to Microsoft 365 in different businesscontexts(optimization, carveIn/Out,etc)-secure, efficient, and built for collaboration.
- Use your technical depth and consulting mindset to solve client challenges with practical, scalable solutions.
- Lead and mentor onshore/offshoreteams andhelp grow internalexpertise.
- Share your knowledge, deep dives,writearticles, and run internal training sessions.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to proposals and pre-sales efforts.

- Experience in designing M365 architectureand/or migration strategies
- Expertisein Microsoft 365(Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive,Teamsetc),Entra ID, and Active Directory technologies
- Experience in leading technical projects and associated resources.
- Proficiencyin English and French communication for effective work in an international context.
