What We're Looking For

We're looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts.

Your profile:

- Programming & Languages: You write clean, modular, extensible code using best practices (e.g. Java + Spring Boot, Python, ReactJS, React, SQL/NoSQL, etc.).
- Architecture & Design: You document and design systems with clear, robust interfaces. You understand service boundaries and design patterns.
- Data Structures & Algorithms: You select the right data structures, optimize code for performance, and reason about trade-offs.
- CI/CD & DevOps: You manage and improve pipelines, integrate build/test/deploy tools, and monitor performance in production.
- Testing & Security: You define testing strategies, write tests at multiple levels, and apply secure-by-design principles.
- SRE & Observability: You build and maintain dashboards, define SLOs, and conduct post-incident reviews to improve system reliability.
- Fluent in French & English.

- Final Interview (60 min) - Meet with the Hiring Manager and/or leadership team to align on expectations, culture, and long-term impact.
