Les missions du poste
Job Description:
- Plans and coordinates the activities of the Finance Department so that its resources are used efficiently and the deadlines, procedures and standards are met.
- Constantly analyzes the impact of legislative and regulatory changes, so as to minimize negative effects and maximize positive ones.
- Organizes and coordinates the activities of the Finance Department in order to accurately present the company's financial situation, financial performance and cash flows.
- Ensures the implementation of procedures and standards regarding financial reports, so that all financial transactions of the company are accurately and timely recorded.
- Analyzes and recommends improvements to the company's financial systems, policies and procedures, which contribute to increasing profitability.
- Analyzes the financial and accounting situation for the faithful presentation of the financial position and performance of the company
- Analyzes the rationality of expenses in correlation with the income and expense budget and may request explanations regarding certain payments.
- Developing the annual budget, calculating the cost of different productions.
- Tracking various tables and controlling expenses.
- Calculating ROI (Return On Investment) of projects and different hourly rates (MOD hourly rates, resources, etc.).
- Managing the organization and planning of stocks.
- Valuing stocks
- Ensuring the management of high margins (NRC, risk sharing, etc.).
- Developing and managing the budget process: measuring the performance of the group
- Identifying, in collaboration with operational staff, potential savings and proposing associated corrective actions.
- Assistance to operational staff in project monitoring and during periodic reviews (budget, steering committee, etc.).
- Ensure annotated transmission of information to Senior Management.
- Perform reconciliations between accounting statements and results from reports and dashboards.
- Manage production efficiency and inefficiency.
- Establishes priorities for payments and schedules payments over time.
- Ensures the development of studies and analyses regarding the profitability of activities, the efficiency of the use of working capital, the evolution of cash accumulations, the structure of material expenses and other financial indicators.
- Is responsible for archiving documents created internally by subordinate personnel or received from personnel from other departments within the company.
- Is responsible for the efficiency, quality and correctness of the work performed within the Financial Department.
- Responsible for submitting documents to state authorities and other legal institutions.
- Responsible for developing the Income and Expenditure Budget.
Required qualification
- Postgraduate economic studies
- PC operation: Word, Excel, specific programs.
- Specialized courses - financial audit / management course.
- Computer literacy and database structures, with good command of Excel.
- Knowledge of foreign languages: English, advanced (French is an advantage)
Required work experience (seniority in the specialty required by the job)
- experience in a coordination position in the financial field.
- significant experience in Industrial Management Control.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial flows.
