What You'll Do:

- As a Dev Lead on Retail Media Onsite Campaigns - Cross Product Team, you'll lead solutions that empower advertisers to create and configure campaigns tailored for multi-retailer and fast-track streams.
- As part of the broader Onsite Campaign group, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that elevate Retail Media to its next stage of maturity.
- You'll lead and develop web applications-introducing new workflows, enhancing usability, and actively contributing to the design and implementation of full-stack features.
- Collaborate closely with Product and UX to shape new features, design solutions, and plan smooth rollouts.
- Align product and customer priorities with operational and technical requirements.
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Drive technical decisions and help define the architecture of both new and existing features.

Who You Are:

- BS in Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of programming experience with strong proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, or Scala, and a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
- Prior experience managing an engineering team is a plus
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to navigate and build connections across distributed teams and functions
- Product-minded: dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Committed to quality through sound design principles, automated testing, and thorough documentation
- Passionate about shipping performant, reliable software
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A clear communicator and dependable team player
