THE ROLE
Reporting to the VP Sales EMEA, your mission is to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and performance of sales teams by designing scalable processes, managing commercial tools, and delivering actionable insights from sales data.
You will act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership, ensuring that tools, processes, and data support the company's growth objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Strategy & Performance Planning
- Contribute to the definition of commercial targets and performance KPIs
- Build and maintain performance monitoring tools (dashboards, reporting suites) and instances (pipeline review, churn review, performance review, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Transformation leadership to align strategy and execution
Commercial Tools & Systems Management
- Optimize CRM systems usage (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and other Sales Enablement tools (CPQ, enrichment, automation)
- Ensure consistency and quality of commercial data across tools
- Lead or support change management for tool implementation and enhancements
Data Analytics & Performance Insights
- Analyze sales performance trends, conversion rates, pipeline dynamics, and other key metrics
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions
- Contribute to forecasting models and funnel health reviews
Sales Process Optimization
- Design and improve sales processes (lead management, pipeline stages, forecasting cadence, etc.)
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation or simplification initiatives
- Build a robust operational framework that supports scalability and alignment across teams
Sample Projects
- CRM process redesign with SF team
- Pipeline/forecast process optimization
- Sales performance dashboard creation
- Target setting integration into systems
- Commercial data cleaning and standardization
- Sales portfolio and account segmentation
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience
- 2 to 5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations
- SaaS industry and/or hypergrowth environment preferred
- Exposure to CRM implementation, process redesign, or cross-functional projects
Technical Skills
- Language : French / English mandatory, other languages is a plus
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive...)
- Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Workato, etc.) is a plus
- Interest or experience in data modeling and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) is a bonus
Business Acumen
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and performance levers
- Ability to interpret data, structure insights, and drive data-informed decisions
